1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of VaultCEO and all related services provided by AHCD GLOBAL LLC FZ ("VaultCEO", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
2. Service Description
VaultCEO is a cloud-based treasury, cash flow forecasting, financial planning, accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial visibility platform.
VaultCEO provides tools that assist businesses in the following areas.
VaultCEO does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment or financial advisory services.
- Cash flow forecasting
- Treasury management
- Invoice tracking
- Expense management
- Commitment tracking
- Financial reporting
- AI-assisted financial insights
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Services.
If you use VaultCEO on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
4. Account Registration
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, keeping credentials confidential, restricting unauthorized access and ensuring information remains accurate.
Users are responsible for all activity conducted under their accounts.
5. Subscription Plans
VaultCEO may offer free plans, trial plans, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions and enterprise agreements.
Features, limits and pricing may vary by plan.
6. Billing and Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Failure to pay may result in suspension, downgrade or termination.
VaultCEO reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Customer Data
Customer retains full ownership of all Customer Data.
VaultCEO receives only limited rights necessary to host data, process data, display data, secure data and provide Services.
Customer Data includes financial records, forecasts, uploaded files, business information and user-generated content.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to VaultCEO remain exclusively owned by VaultCEO.
This includes source code, software, designs, branding, trademarks, documentation and AI models and outputs generated by VaultCEO systems.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
9. Acceptable Use
Users may not reverse engineer the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, upload malware, use automated abuse tools, scrape data, circumvent usage limits or violate applicable laws.
VaultCEO may suspend accounts engaged in prohibited activities.
10. Availability
VaultCEO aims to maintain high availability.
However, Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation or uninterrupted access.
Scheduled maintenance may occur periodically.
11. Artificial Intelligence Features
VaultCEO may provide AI-assisted recommendations, forecasts and insights.
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, are informational only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
Customers remain responsible for all business decisions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VaultCEO shall not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, indirect damages, consequential damages or special damages.
VaultCEO's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless VaultCEO from claims arising from user content, Customer Data, violations of these Terms or violations of applicable law.
14. Suspension and Termination
VaultCEO may suspend or terminate access for breach of Terms, security concerns, fraudulent activity or non-payment.
Customers may terminate their subscriptions at any time.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred.
15. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during use of the Services.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed except where required by law.
16. Data Export
Customers may request export of their data during active subscription periods.
VaultCEO may establish reasonable technical limitations regarding exports.
17. Third-Party Services
VaultCEO may integrate with third-party providers.
VaultCEO is not responsible for third-party outages, third-party policies or third-party security practices.
Use of third-party services is subject to those providers' terms.
18. Changes to Services
VaultCEO may modify features, add functionality, remove functionality and improve performance.
We reserve the right to update the Services without prior notice where necessary.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
